BikeGraphix will not accept returns for custom products configured in error by you. Please review your product(s) carefully, and make sure you have entered correctly your make, model, year, and most importantly your custom information such as name and race number. Due to our fast turn around you must cancel your order within 24 hours to receive a refund.

If BikeGraphix makes a mistake call us as soon as possible so we can replace your product ASAP. Warranty shipping methods are at the discretion of BikeGraphix and will be handled on a case by case scenario. BikeGraphix is not responsible for knowing your hybrid equipment’s configuration. Please make sure you have designated ANY aftermarket or different year plastic on your bike.
